OVERVIEW

Tommy Wolff graduated from secondary modern school. He learned about the tanning profession from his mother, who was employed at BADER. He searched the internet for information on how to become a tanner and after his graduation, he carried out an internship at BADER. After the internship, he decided to sign a training contract with BADER and received training at the Kerschensteiner School in Reutlingen. He graduated in 2009.

He was globally satisfied with his training in Reutlingen. Since BADER is an integrated tannery, he did not have to earn experience in other companies during the training period.

His ideas about tanning were confirmed when he started working and Mr Wolff is keen to pursue his qualification training. He currently works as deputy head of the dyeing department, where he also acts as deputy manager.
As a career goal Mr. Wolff would like to achieve the position of autonomous department manager. He would also like to be active in a foreign operation of BADER.

What fascinates him about his profession is the versatility of leather production, as well as the variety of leather types and designs and, more personally, the purely unique combination of leather for exclusive car interiors.

That's just cool and inspiring, when I sit on “my” leather in my convertible!”
