OVERVIEW

Tehnomat Merkuiy is a tannery situated in Gabrovo, central Bulgaria. The company has been functioning since the 90s after the fall of the socialist party. Its main activity is to produce different finished leathers from wet blue. The full cycle from wet blue to finished leather is done on site. Most of the leather is made for the shoe industry. The company is also a supplier of leather for the army’s public orders for shoes. To cover the high requirements of the orders the tannery is equipped with professional laboratory, where the strength and endurance of the finished leather are tested. The company is certified under ISO 9001.
