OVERVIEW

1 - How did you come to the leather industry?

I came to work in the leather industry because my father started the business, which I have the obligation to continue it as a sign of gratitude to my parents and to the love of my father for this profession.

As a child, during the holidays, I went to my father's factory almost daily and I came to love the beauty of leather, in addition to the fact that it protects the body against cold. As a woman with an interest in fashion, this profession gives me the opportunity to spontaneously and continuously express my creativity.

2 – What job are you performing in the leather industry?

Based on my university studies, I carry out financial management activity, as well as fashion design, which stems from my native aesthetic sense. I am also involved in marketing, for promotion, design feedback and market fashion trends.

3 - What qualification or training did you do to be there?

I graduated from the Faculty of Economy and Business Administration of Timisoara and I have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.

4 - What do you (most) appreciate in your job?

Freedom of expression. The opportunity to exploit my aesthetic and fashion sense. The opportunity to live in a perpetually competitive environment and to savour victory.

I like the freedom of expression. The opportunity to exploit my aesthetic and fashion sense. The opportunity to live in a perpetually competitive environment and to savour victory.
