OVERVIEW

1.1. How did you join the Tanning Industry?

I've been working in this field for many years, I've had work in other areas. I started to work in a cafe, then went to a factory of soles. Displeased with the work I went look for work elsewhere and I ended up coming to this company.

1.2. What functions are you developing in the Tanning Industry?

My main function is to weigh products, but when needed I also help in other works. I often say that I do everything a little.

1.3. What qualification / training did you get to join the Tanning Industry?

Courses in the Leather Technology Centre, CTIC and the experience acquired in the day-to-day, learning with the older workers.

1.4. What do you enjoy most about your job?

Not having equal days, as I always go from one place to another makes me walk busy with different service which is good because I learn everything a little.

It's great to learn a bit of everything
