  1. 1.How did you join the Tanning Industry?


When I was looking for my first job. My father already worked for the company and I knew that Marsipel was recruiting employees, I applied and I was admitted and I've been working for the company since 2003.


1.2. What functions are you developing in the Tanning Industry?


I am in the leather finishing and dispatch. Since I joined the company I've always worked in this section.


1.3. What qualification / training did you get to join the Tanning Industry?


I learned from the day-to-day work, with the older colleagues and with the support of the leadership.


1.4. What do you enjoy most about your job?


I like what I do, I appreciate the area of the expedition. It's not a monotonous job, I challenge myself because I like to do the job well done.


As I said, I like this area because I work with different machines, I do not have a routine job, I'm as much in the package as I am in the measurement
