  1. 1.How did you join the Tanning Industry?


My family is very big, I have seven brothers and I had to stop studying to help the family. I came to look for work at Marsipel and I was hired.


1.2. What functions are you developing in the Tanning Industry?


I'm working in the finishing section and I also work on samples development.


1.3. What qualification / training did you get to join the Tanning Industry?


It was with the experience of day to day and with the colleagues who already worked here.


1.4. What do you enjoy most about your job?


I like working on the samples development because it is different. I like to work on the same article but with several color options.
